I spoke to HP and the problem was resolved by uninstalling the update and updating the graphics driver. HP stressed it was this rather than the audio driver. WebJul 17, 2024 · Hi Iromkingman, I also have an HP Spectre x360 (not an HP employee, just a normal computer user) and I was experiencing the same problem. This workaround seems to have worked (although do try it at your own risk), basically we're replacing the RealTek audio driver with a generic one: 1) [Windows] + S > Device Manager.
