It was a compact unit with a good amount of inputs, offering both tube and solid state outputs. It reminded me of the Maverick Audio TubeMagic D1, also a popular unit in its price range, and I believe the two models were somehow related. WebThe Grant Fidelity W30 integrated tube amp is designed in Canada and bulit in China to be an all-in-one unit without any sacrifice on sound quality. Basically nothing on the market comes close to the feature list of the W-30, especially at this price.

The Tube DAC-11 currently checks in at $350 and I feel you certainly get tremendous value with this DAC. WebSep 25, 2012 · I have not used the TubeDac-11 but I did try the Grant Fidelity Tube Buffer B-283 MK II. It changed the sound a bit but not in a completely positive way with stock tubes. There were positives and negatives. I didn't tube roll. I preferred the Burson Buffer. Neither made big changes though. The buffer is very well built.

IIRC the globe tubes came in a blue glass version and the clear version they sell now. Then there were also the so-called CV-181 Treasure series tubes. onzf website
