Make a council of 3 people, use the RC lootcouncil addon so people can need / greed and then the council votes and hands it out. All you need to do is configure your lootcouncil addon. WebRc loot council is an add on that will track everything given out and when, and also allow bidding during a raid to give out loot easier. This will limit your need to do that by spreadsheet, then you just need to come up with a priority list. Edit: one drawback is to use it well, everyone in the raid needs to have it installed.
